What is Marketplace?
Marketplace is a platform created by Inspiring Vacations to be able to provide customers access to a wide variety of Australia’s most recognisable tour operators.

Are these Inspiring Vacations tours? 
Inspiring Vacations is proud to have partnered with some of Australia’s biggest and most recognisable names in travel in order to provide customers with a vast offering of travel experiences. The tours on Marketplace are not operated by Inspiring Vacations but by third party tour operators. 

What products/ brands are on offer?
At this time we have Intrepid products available. 

Is there a Cooling Off Period?
A 7 day Cooling Off period applies to all Marketplace Bookings. Any changes made within the 7 day cooling off period will not incur any fees unless otherwise restricted in the product Fine Print. Booking changes may include, but are not limited to, name changes or name corrections.

Is my booking guaranteed upon payment?
Once a booking has been made, our Operations team will seek confirmation with the respective tour operator which may take up to 7 days. If confirmation of the booking is unsuccessful then a refund will be provided.
