Today you will journey through rolling Southland countryside before arriving in the city of Dunedin. Known as the ‘Edinburgh of the South’, Dunedin was planned in Scotland and still maintains its grand Victorian heritage. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour.

See the Moeraki Boulders and visit Oamaru to see some of New Zealand’s finest 19th-century architecture. Later, journey into Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park. You’ll then arrive this afternoon at your hotel, situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Tekapo and right in the heart of Mackenzie Country.

Visit the tiny Church of the Good Shepherd and take in unparalleled views of Lake Tekapo and the magnificent alpine surroundings. Afterwards, the time has come to bid farewell to your Tour Director and new-found friends as you are then transferred to the airport for your onward adventure.
