Some customers like to enhance their holiday by extending their stay. If you wish to stay behind (early arrival not available), please follow the following steps:

1. Follow the ‘book now’ prompts.
2. After selecting your departure date and completing your bedding configuration details, please select if you wish to 'stay behind' in the 'extra services' field.
3. In the 'special requests', field please specifiy your extension requirements.
4. Complete the remaining booking requirements and click ‘pay now’.
5. After finalising your purchase a member of our reservations team will be in contact with you to discuss your extension request.

A $200.00 per person supplement plus any fare difference applies if you wish to confirm your extension. You will be contact after purchase for collection of this payment. All additional accommodation and sightseeing is at your own arrangement.

The cherry blossoms (sakura) usually bloom in the last week of March and the first two weeks of April. Cherry blossom are extremely seasonal and we can't guaruntee they will bloom during your visit. However, for your best chance of viewing cherry blossoms select the following dates when making your purchase:

• Your booking is confirmed once your booking form is submitted and you can begin the countdown to your Inspiring Vacation!

• Flights departing Melbourne or Sydney will be with Cathay Pacific (or Qantas or Singapore if unavailable)
• Flights departing Brisbane will be with Singapore Airlines (or Cathay Pacific or Qantas if unavailable)
• Flights will require a minimum of 1 transit (maximum 2).
• Passengers will be ticketed on the best available full service airline at the time
• All tickets will include 23kgs checked baggage
• Once ticketed, flights are non-refundable. Any changes will be subject to the airline rules and change fees.
• Full names as per passport (including all middle names) are required.
• Any airline schedule changes or cancellations are beyond our control.

Kyoto Day Tour: $100pp

You will be contacted prior to departure to secure your optional tours.

The total length of the tour in days includes time spent in flight and is subject to change depending on the flight schedule, please refer to the day by day itinerary for the time spent on land.

An $800 per person reduction from the twin share price applies if you wish to arrange your own airfares. Should you wish to purchase land only, please select this option in the booking process, under 'Departure City'.

Upgrades to business class are from $5,000 per person in addition to the twin share price. Please specify if you would like us to arrange a business class upgrade in the 'Special Requests' field when finalising your booking. You will be contact after purchase for collection of this payment.

Children must be 2 years old or over and share a room with parents at all times. Children are the same price as adults.

The accommodation listed, is subject to change. Any changes will be of an equal of higher standard. Bedding configurations are on requests only, as it can be quite difficult to obtain double bedding throughout hotels in Japan. All efforts will be made to meet your preferences however any changes are beyond our control.

Refundable deposit within 28 days of purchase:

For cancellations made within 28 days of paying the deposit on any tour, your deposit can be refunded in full or can be transferred to a new booking should you decide to change to another package or destination. Please note this change of mind guarantee does not apply for bookings made within 90 days of departure, after which time our standard 48 hour cooling off period applies. After this time, your booking becomes non-refundable. 

All cancellation or change requests must be advised in writing to our Customer Service Team at support@inspiringvacations.com prior to the cut-off period, to allow us sufficient time to respond and action your request. Should we not hear from you following this time period, your booking becomes non-refundable and you will be issued with a reminder for the second installment due for your booking. 

Refund times will vary and the timeframe of which will be advised at the time of cancellation. Any refund of deposit will be issued back to the original form of payment. 

Any bookings made prior to 13 March 2020 must abide by the original payment term conditions. 

Transferrable second installment up until 90 days before scheduled departure: 

Following the second installment payment and up until 90 days before your departure only, should you wish to postpone your travel or transfer to another package, we can provide you with a credit note of the current balance paid on your booking, to be used to rebook within 18 months of the credit being issued. 

Any change request must be advised in writing to our Customer Service Team at support@inspiringvacations.com prior to the cut-off period specified, to allow us sufficient time to respond and action your request. Should we not hear from you once inside 90 days of scheduled departure, your booking remains non-refundable and becomes non-transferrable, and you will be issued with a reminder for the final balance due for your booking.

Any bookings made prior to 13 March 2020 must abide by the original payment term conditions.
