Today is at your leisure to relax and explore.

We recommend a visit to Yoho National Park via Lake Louise. Yoho National Park is located along the western slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains west of the Banff National Park. Yoho in Cree Nation language means “Awe” and the park serves it up – deep blue rivers, roaring waterfalls, and endless forests.

En route to Yoho National Park, we recommend a stop at the iconic Lake Louise, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A great way to experience the beauty of Lake Louise is by canoe – you can rent these at the boathouse. Alternatively, enjoy a stroll around the lake on the designated walking trail.

From Lake Louise, proceed to Yoho National Park. Spend the day discovering the Lower Spiral Tunnel Viewpoint, the Natural Bridge, Emerald Lake, Yoho Valley Road, the impressive Takakkaw Falls, and a visit to the town of Field.

Tip: start early to avoid the crowds and parking challenges at Lake Louise, especially in summer months.
