Welcome to Broome! On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. You may like to visit Sunset Bar & Grill famous for their cocktails overlooking the waterfront at Cable Beach.
Today is a free day to take in Broome or enjoy an optional tour of the surrounding sights.
To join the tour, make your way to Matsos Brewery bus stop. Enter into the fascinating eco system of Broome's mangrove forest guided by Bart Pigram. Aside from being a bountiful source of bushfood for the Yawuru people for thousands of years, the mangroves provide a sheltered habitat for fish, crabs, molluscs, and the occasional saltwater crocodile. Scour the mangroves for tasty morsels, see remnants of (Asian) fish traps and hear stories from a bygone era of Broome's pearling days. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
Today you will be collected from your hotel to journey deep into the heart of pristine wilderness on a tour from Broome. Experience the Horizontal Falls and more via return scenic flights and fast boat cruise. Be amazed by the incredible forces of one of the world’s largest tidal movements. Today includes a full day guided tour of Cape Leveque with hotel collection and drop off included. The Dampier Peninsula is a delight for travellers seeking a real Kimberley experience that is culturally rewarding in a beautiful environment. As we journey up the Cape Leveque Road, travellers will learn all about the areas fascinating place in Australia’s history. Enjoy morning tea in the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community, home to the Sacred Heart Church and its glimmering pearl shell altar. Returning south we discover Cape Leveque (locally known as Kooljaman). Enjoy time to relax on the pristine beaches and spectacular coastline the cape is renowned for.
Today at the appropriate time you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Kununurra.
Kununurra is the gateway town to the East Kimberley, and a great base if you'd like to explore some of Western Australia's most remarkable natural attractions.
On arrival in Kununurra, board your included transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Today you will be collected from your accommodation at 9.00am before boarding your boat from the marina. Cruising this spectacular waterway, you will marvel at the spectacular scenery, wildlife, flora and fauna found along the way and maybe even spot a crocodile! Relax a while as we stop at one of our Riverside Camp’s for a buffet lunch, before we then have you cruising up to the Ord Top Dam – an incredible sight when finding yourselves at its water line base on the Lake Kununurra side!
Boarding a coach you will drive across the Ord Top Dam and a stop at a scenic lookout. As we leave the Lake Argyle township, stop at the historic Durack Homestead Museum. The Museum was constructed as a replica of the original family Homestead and uses the original Homestead stone. Reboarding the coach, return to your accommodation in Kununurra through Durack country, arriving at approximately 3.30pm.
The following itinerary applies in the months of April, May & September:
Today you will be collected from your accommodation at 11.30am and taken by coach through Durack country to Lake Argyle. As we near Lake Argyle, we will take a short break at the historic Durack Homestead Museum. This Museum was constructed as a replica of the original family Homestead and uses the original Homestead stone.
Reboarding the coach, you will drive a short distance to Lake Argyle Resort before viewing the enormous Lake Argyle from a scenic look-out. Crossing the Ord Top Dam wall, you will see the Ord Hydro-Power Station before boarding your boat for a scenic journey back to Kununurra. Marvel at the spectacular scenery, wildlife, flora and fauna found along the way, including the elusive freshwater crocodile! Enjoy afternoon tea at our riverside camp before heading back to Kununurra. Take in a colourful East Kimberley sunset before docking back at the Marina and re-boarding your coach for your accommodation, arriving at approximately 6.00pm

Today you’ll be collected from your hotel before boarding a scenic flight that takes you on an unforgettable adventure over the Bungle Bungle Range, Lake Argyle, the Argyle Diamond Mine and the Ord River Irrigation Area. You will also fly over the stunning Carr Boyd and Osmand Ranges, the Ord and Bow Rivers. Reaching Purnululu National Park, you will land at the remote and unsealed Bellburn Airstrip, where you are met by a tour guide and an air-conditioned 4WD bus. From the Airstrip, your guide will drive further into the Park, to begin the guided walk throughout the famous eroded towers and black and orange banded beehive domes of the Bungle Bungle Range. This walk is of moderate intensity, and is about 3-kilometres in distance. Follow your guide into Cathedral Gorge, where towering cliffs open up to form a space with incredible natural acoustics. Whilst in the Gorge, enjoy a tasty picnic-style lunch whilst relaxing in one of the most beautiful spots in the park. After a short rest, walk along the dry creek bed of Piccaninny Creek, before returning to Bellburn Airstrip. You will then board your return scenic flight to Kununurra, with views of the Argyle Diamond Mine along the way.
The sandstone massif of the Bungle Bungle Range is almost 50 times the area of Uluru – there are more stunning features and spectacular landforms to see in this half hour scenic flight than you would imagine possible.
View the hidden red rock gorges of the north-west tip, Piccaninny Gorge from end to end and the unique beehive formations that have contributed to the listing of Purnululu National Park as one of Australia’s World Heritage areas.

Welcome to Darwin! Please make your way to your accommodation. Darwin airport is located within 10km from your accommodation. A taxi ride generally costs between $25 - $30.
Check-in: Hotel check in is from 3pm. If you arrive prior to this, you are welcome to leave your luggage with hotel reception and explore your surroundings until check-in becomes available. The hotel may grant early check-in, however this is strictly subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion.

You will need to make your way the short distance to the starting point of your Kakadu experience.
Today you’ll see prehistoric creatures up-close as your local guide entices the crocodiles to leap out of the water. Then you’ll travel into Kakadu National Park. Covering more than 20,000 square kilometres, World Heritage listed Kakadu. The combination of mangrove fringed coastal areas, expansive flood plains, lowland hills, and open woodland and forest habitats, make Kakadu one of the most diverse landscapes you’ll ever experience. It’s home to a myriad of animals, hundreds of bird species and thousands of different insects and plants. Enjoy lunch in Kakadu National Park before a stop at the Bowali Visitor Centre. Continue to Ubirr, where you’ll climb up through the ancient Aboriginal rock art galleries, believed to be 20,000 years old, to the lookout for a view over the surrounding wetlands.
Today you’ll be mesmerized as you wander around the Nourlangie Rock art site. It has provided shelter to the indigenous people for many thousands of years, and while taking shelter, the rock evolved into a canvas that illustrates the traditional owner's very deep spiritual culture. With your Driver Guide, you’ll have the opportunity to see many different forms of Aboriginal rock art paintings. The Bininj people are the traditional custodians of Kakadu and now you’ll visit the Warradjan Cultural Centre where you will be introduced to their way of life. Later, join your local guide for a cruise on Yellow Water Billabong, Kakadu’s most famous wetland. The picturesque yellow waters are home to thousands of saltwater crocodiles and up to 60 species of colourful birdlife. This afternoon we travel to Katherine, the third largest town in the Northern Territory, stopping at Leliyn (Edith Falls) along the way.
Enjoy a morning cruise through Katherine Gorge, a stunning network of thirteen gorges carved from billion-year-old sandstone. You’ll be at its heart among freshwater crocodiles wonderful birdlife and amazing scenery. Later, view the displays at the Nitmiluk Visitor Centre, where you may purchase artefacts handmade by the Jawoyn people. Return to Darwin, stopping at historic gold mining town of Pine Creek and the poignant Adelaide River War Cemetery.
Your guided tour of Kakadu and Kathrine concludes on arrival back in Darwin. You will be dropped at a central location, from here make your own way back to your hotel.
Today, make your own way back to Darwin airport. The return trip will cost around $25-30 in a taxi. Upon arriving at the airport, board your flight to Broome.
Welcome to Alice Springs! On arrival in Alice Springs, you will be transferred to your hotel. This afternoon, make your way to/from the starting/finishing point of an Alice Spring afternoon city tour.
Tour the sights of 'The Alice' including The School of the Air we learn how children who cannot access schools are educated by radio and may have the opportunity to listen to and observe actual lessons in progress on air. Stop at the historic Telegraph Station which marks the original site of the first European settlement in Alice Springs. Visit the Royal Flying Doctors Service where you will see how medical aid reaches those who live in the remote 'outback'. We also make a stop at the Alice Springs Reptile Centre, where you can see up close and maybe touch some of the lizards and snakes that frequent Central Australia's semi-arid desert, such as the Perentie Lizard and the Thorny Devil. The tour concludes with a panoramic view of the township of Alice Springs and the MacDonnell Ranges from the top of Anzac Hill.
Today you will be picked up by coach to join a tour of Uluru (bring your suitcase as tonight you will be staying near Uluru and not returning to the hotel). Travel around the base of Uluru in the comfort of your coach as your Guide provides commentary about the numerous sacred sites and features to be found at Uluru. Continue to the Kuniya Walk where your Driver Guide will escort you to the beautiful Mutitjulu Waterhole. View Aboriginal rock paintings and learn about the area as your Driver Guide points out some native flora and explains the Aboriginal and European history of Uluru. Later visit the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, where you can learn about Aboriginal culture and see Aboriginal arts and crafts.
In the late afternoon we travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Witness the striking colour changes of Uluru at sunset while enjoying canapés and a complimentary glass of wine.
Tonight you will be staying near Uluru. At the conclusion of your tour will be dropped at your hotel.
This morning, rise early to enjoy Uluru at Sunrise. You will be collected from your hotel to travel to Talinguru Nyakunytjaku in Uluru & Kata Tjuta National Park. Watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre alight while enjoying a warming cup of tea or coffee. Then travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. On the way, enjoy panoramic views of the southern side of Kata Tjuta, before arriving at the base of Walpa Gorge. Spend some time exploring the gorge and the unusual conglomerate rock formations. The walking trail through Walpa Gorge follows the natural creek between two of the tallest domes of Kata Tjuta.
After, you’ll be returned to your hotel where you can board the hotel shuttle to the airport to board your flight to Cairns.
On arrival in Cairns make your own way to your hotel at Palm Cove. There is a local shuttle service called Excellent Coaches in terminal 2 which provides transportation to the northern beaches, alternatively taxis are available upon exiting the airport.
Today you will be collected from your hotel to explore the iconic area of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation. Relax in a deluxe, air-conditioned coach and enjoy one of the most scenic coastal drives in the world. Get up close to a myriad of Australian animals in their recreated natural environments at Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas. See the endangered Southern Cassowary and Lumholtz’s Tree Kangaroo.
Travel on the Daintree Ferry and deep into the world’s oldest rainforest. Explore the Daintree Rainforest on a guided rainforest boardwalk tour and see the place where the two World Heritage Sites meet at Cape Tribulation Beach. Marvel at stunning Rainforest views at Alexandra Range Lookout and search for wild crocodiles on a Daintree River Cruise. Includes morning tea and a tropical lunch.
