This afternoon when you meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers at your hotel, set off on a city tour of Perth including a visit to Kings Park where you can see the broad expanse of the Swan River and wander around the Anzac Memorial and wildflower gardens. You'll also see the many public art installations around the city and get a feel for the different precincts surrounding the CBD. Tonight, get to know your fellow travellers over a Welcome drink and delicious meal.
Today journey through the vast wheat fields of the Golden Outback. Continue to the small town of Hyden before visiting the spectacular Wave Rock. This magnificent rock formation resembling a gigantic wave, was formed over three million years ago. Explore the formation then take a short walk to discover Hippo’s Yawn, another fascinating rock formation that does look like a giant hippo yawning.
Afterwards you may like to wander through the Visitor Centre's eclectic collection of lace and the largest collection of toy soldiers in the world. Then you’ll take an exclusive farm tour to hear about life in the Outback with a Wave Rock local. Exploring the farm with the owner, you’ll have to opportunity to take part in a cattle feed then explore a private collection of vintage cars before travelling back to your hotel. End your day with a hearty dinner at your hotel.
This morning travel through some classic Western Australian outback landscapes on your way to Kalgoorlie. Discover the character and stories of this historic town on an orientation tour before visiting the lookout with fascinating views into the Super Pit open cut mine.
Exploring Hannans North Mine provides a lifetime opportunity to discover the famous and historical Golden Mile in Kalgoorlie as well as experiencing a vibrant mix of gold rush history and modern-day mining. Get up close to the huge haul trucks and stand inside the shovel of one of their monstrous loaders.
Today, visit Cape Le Grand National Park and discover wild coastal scenery, rugged granite peaks, sweeping heathlands and white sand beaches. At stunning Lucky Bay, you may see some of the local kangaroos that like to laze on the pristine beach.
Travel on through Ravensthorpe and the unique Fitzgerald Biosphere. Later, at Bluff Knoll Lookout, you’ll witness the rugged beauty of the Stirling Ranges National Park. Continue to Albany, a town imbued with Anzac history, and settle into your hotel for the night.
Today is yours to explore seaside Albany. You may consider a visit to the acclaimed National Anzac Centre overlooking the harbour, from which over 41,000 men and women departed Australia for the Great War.
Explore the canopy of the majestic Tingle forest on the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk. Then travel on to Cape Leeuwin, where the Indian and Great Southern Oceans meet, before leaving for Margaret River, one of Australia’s premier wine growing regions. Beaches and surf breaks line the nearby coast, whose waters host migratory whales between June and November.
Margaret River is known for its fabulous wines and boutique producers. Today, you’ll visit a winery for tastings and a lunch prepared from fresh local produce.
You may like to take a stroll along the 2-kilometre jetty in Busselton, a popular holiday town on the shores of Geographe Bay. On arrival in Fremantle, the afternoon is yours to explore this wonderful city. You could visit the colourful Fremantle Markets to purchase local arts and crafts and taste local produce. We recommend taking a wander along the Fremantle foreshore to observe the impressive fishing fleet. Enjoy dinner this evening at your hotel.
Today is yours to do as you choose. You might like to take an optional experience boat trip to Rottnest Island, a gazetted A-class nature reserve, or closer to home, a ride on the popular Fremantle Tram.
Travel north along the coast, stopping in Yanchep National Park for an Aboriginal Cultural Experience with Derek Nannup, a member of the local Nyoongar community. Continue along the coast past the seaside hamlet of Lancelin pausing to see the marvellous Pinnacles, a series of intriguing limestone formations. Explore the seaside township of Geraldton and visit the evocative HMAS Sydney Memorial.
Travel through Denham and World Heritage Shark Bay before reaching Monkey Mia. On your afternoon at leisure perhaps take an optional experience scenic flight or a wildlife cruise. Later, watch a glorious sunset over the Indian Ocean.
Rise early to see Monkey Mia's wild dolphins swim close to shore. Wandering along the fascinating Shell Beach, one of only two in the world, formed from billions of coquina bivalve shells up to ten metres deep. We continue to Hamelin Pool to see the world’s best known colony of Stromatolites. Dating back to the beginning of life on earth, while they may not appear alive, these living structures have helped scientists unravel the history of life on earth! Next up venture into Kalbarri National Park to view the spectacular scenery of Murchison River Gorge from the vantage point. During wildflower season, the National Park is a bloom with many a variety of wildflower. You might spot Acacia, Banksia, Caladenia and more! Tonight, enjoy dinner at your hotel.
On your way south, travel past Hutt Lagoon, one of the famous Pink Lakes in WA, before continuing to your final destination of Perth. Tonight, join your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Farewell Dinner. What a great opportunity to share a few laughs as you recount stories from the last 14 days together!

As a general rule, porterage is not included, therefore at all times you are expected to handle your own luggage where help may not be available.
Tipping
A friendly reminder that tipping is not included in your package. While tipping is not customary, it's of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry across many destinations.
You may also consider tipping your tour leader and driver for outstanding service throughout your trip. Suggested amount for your guide, 500Y per person per day. Remember, a tip is not compulsory and should only be given when you receive excellent service.
