Inspiring Vacations was founded in 2018 by Paul Ryan, Brendon Cooper, and James Cathie—three friends and travel industry veterans who shared a simple goal: make extraordinary travel accessible to more people.
From the beginning, we focused on three things: thoughtful itineraries, genuine local expertise, and dependable support. This approach has shaped our growth and earned us recognition, including Australia’s Leading Tour Operator (three consecutive years) and Oceania’s Leading Tour Operator (back-to-back) at the 2025 World Travel Awards.
But awards aren’t what drive us. What matters most is how travellers feel in our care—welcomed from the moment they start planning, confident throughout their journey, and enriched by experiences they’ll remember long after they return home.
Born in Australia and now proudly operated on a global scale, our passion for travel continues to guide every decision we make.
