After a leisurely breakfast, meet your Tour Guide this morning at 9.00am and set off on a full day tour of Hong Kong’s most iconic attractions.

We’ll visit Victoria Peak, Hong Kong’s tallest hill at 552 metres, and take a ride on the 125-year-old Peak Tram. See sweeping views across the city from the top.

We’ll visit Aberdeen, a once-thriving fishing village that is now a popular area for its floating community and seafood restaurants that line Aberdeen Harbour. Here, we’ll enjoy a ride in a sampan, a flat-bottomed traditional wooden boat.

If you want to pick up a bargain or two and shop for souvenirs, you can do this at Stanley Market, a must-see street market. Hollywood Road, another place we will walk through, is one of Hong Kong’s oldest streets and the place for antiques and Chinese art. While here, we’ll also stop at the Man Mo Temple and Tai Kwun (Central Police Station).

Man Mo Temple, built between 1847 and 1862, is dedicated to the God of Literature and the God of Martial Art. It's not unusual to see students here praying. for achievement in study and cause.

The Nan Lian Garden is a Tang Dynasty classical garden in Diamond Hill. It’s a peaceful pocket in an otherwise chaotic city—hills, water features, trees, rocks, and wooden structures.

Finally, a visit to Hong Kong’s newest international arts hub, West Kowloon Cultural District.

We’ll then return to the hotel where you’ll be able to freshen up before departing for this evening’s harbour dinner cruise.

This morning after breakfast, we’ll set out on our first day exploring Vietnam - chao mung! Welcome.

You’ll be transferred to a small boat where we’ll explore Halong Bay.

Designated a World Heritage Site in 1994, Halong Bay’s spectacular scatter of islands, dotted with wind-and wave-eroded grottoes, is a vision of ethereal beauty. Thousands of limestone islands filled with caves of all shapes and sizes, the sails of junks and sampans gliding along the clear and emerald waters of the Bayit really is a feast for the eyes.

You can also take the opportunity to catch a water taxi to one of the many floating restaurants on the Bay for the freshest lunch imaginable.

This afternoon you may wish to explore Hanoi or stay on board if you prefer.

Perhaps you’d like to start your visit at the Temple of Literature, built in 1070, it was the first university in Vietnam. Move on to the Ethnographic Museum of Vietnam where you can see numerous exhibitions relevant to national folklore, and continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda—one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam.

Enjoy a walk through the Old Quarter, Hanoi’s most historic and picturesque neighbourhood. The Old Quarter is the oldest continuously developed area of Vietnam, highlighting more than 1,000 years of history. Explore the network of narrow alleyways known as 'The 36 Streets'. This is a wonderful place to soak up local life, and peruse market items from fabrics to crafts and exotic medicines. Each street was named to reflect the specialised trade of the merchants who had shops there, such as silk traders or jewellers.

After an interesting day exploring, you’ll return to the ship where you can spend the evening at leisure.
