A Tailormade tour is a private, personalised group journey planned entirely around your group’s needs. Unlike a fixed group departure, you’re not joining a set itinerary on a set date. Instead, our travel specialists work with you to design a journey that reflects how your group genuinely wants to travel.

How the planning process works

Starting the process is simple. Here’s what to expect.

Share your travel ideas. Tell us where you’d like to go, when you hope to travel, and how your group likes to explore. The more detail, the better.
We’ll prepare your quote. Our travel specialists will get back to you within seven days with a personalised quote. We may reach out with a few questions along the way.
Secure your tour with a deposit. Once you’re happy with your itinerary and quote, a small deposit within 48 hours locks in your arrangements.

Because these bespoke private tours are uniquely yours, there’s no minimum age and no maximum group size. Tours just need to be a minimum of five nights, booked at least 60 days before departure, and your group size must be at least four travellers or more.

As a guide, Tailormade journeys may start from around $300 per person per day in destinations such as India, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam, and from $900 per person per day for fully guided European touring. Your final quote will depend on group size, destination, accommodation grade, and the level of guided touring.

We can also organise flights, travel insurance, and airport transfers as part of your package. Everything can be handled in one place, so there’s nothing for your group to coordinate separately.
