As a general requirement across all of our trips, you may be required to walk up and down stairs, get on and off transportation, handle your own luggage, and participate in all scheduled sightseeing that may be conducted on uneven ground and terrain. Any physical ailments you may have must be disclosed at the time of booking to determine your suitability and where required, supporting documentation may be requested to ensure that we are comfortable that you will enjoy your trip.
This tour is fully escorted by a dedicated tour leader who will accompany you throughout the tour. If your tour includes multiple countries, you will be met by a new tour leader in each country and any internal flights included will be unescorted.

Welcome to Paris. Upon arrival at the airport you will be transferred you to the hotel. Enjoy free time until the tour starts, information about the meeting place and start time can be found on the information boards in the hotel reception area.
This evening we will visit the Montmartre district. This neighbourhood is known for its painters, artists and cabarets. We will also take the cable car to the top of the hill from where we can admire the spectacular views of Paris You can choose from one of the many restaurants offering different types of cuisine and enjoy a relaxing dinner. After this we will return to the hotel.
Today we will take you on a guided tour in which you will discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of the city of Paris. We will stop at the Eiffel Tower where you will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable wrought-iron monument. The tour will end with a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides north and south Paris. Enjoy an afternoon at your own leisure to explore and relax. At sunset you can grab dinner in the Latin Quarter, a very picturesque and historic area where a wide variety of international cuisines await you. We will then return to hotel.
Itinerary Note. There might be very long lines to climb the Eiffel Tower. For operational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different time of the day (or on Monday).
We will start the day by visiting the centre of Paris and the area of the Louvre Museum where you will enjoy some leisure time to explore. If you wish, we can accompany you to Benlux, one of the most complete and best-known perfumeries in Paris. At around 6pm we will leave Paris for Rouen, with its houses with half-timbered walls, narrow streets and gothic churches.
Today we will take a stroll in the centre of Rouen to admire its magnificent cathedral and the ancient streets of the historic centre. After this we travel to the north of France. Travelling by ferry, we will cross the English Channel to reach Canterbury, the religious capital of England with a very attractive historic centre. We continue to London and visit Tower Bridge to see it lit up and admire the modern buildings. Time for dinner in one of the many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. After dinner we return to the hotel.
Get to know London on a locally guided tour featuring style, culture and history. See the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace, where we will be able to watch the famous Changing of the Guard (depending on the season). The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore at leisure. In the evening, take a walk-through Leicester Square, China Town and Soho, with a lively atmosphere, theatres and entertainment. Sit down for dinner at your preferred restaurant before returning to the hotel.
After breakfast we will visit the British Museum, one of the oldest museums in the world. At lunch time we transfer to Camden, a district famous for having one of the most varied and extravagant street markets in London where we can see relics from cultures all around the world. Enjoy some leisure time. At around 4pm we will leave for Colchester, known as the most ancient city in England, before taking the ferry from Harwich, taking a night voyage to the Netherlands.
Itinerary Note. The ferry used has a limited number of cabins. Sometimes we might change the itinerary, leaving London at 15.00 and take the Channel Tunnel, and spend the night in Antwerp.
At around 8am we will reach the Netherlands (Hoek Van Holland), making a stop in Volendam, a very picturesque fishing village. After this, we travel to Amsterdam where we will enjoy a panoramic visit of the city to see its narrow canals, its official buildings and parks. We will also learn about the technique of diamond cutting. At dinner time, perhaps head to Rembrandtplein, an area with many restaurants from all corners of the world and near the red-light district with its liberal values.
Today we will leave for Brussels, taking time in the Grand Place and making a stop to photograph the Atomium. Continuing to Bruges, the marvellous Flemish city known as the Venice of the North. Early in the afternoon our journey will take us to France, arriving back in Paris at the end of the day.
Note: If you start or end your trip in Paris, we advise you to book an extra day or two in this city. This way you will be able to visit Disneyland, Versailles and other places of interest.
After breakfast and at the appropriate time, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your ongoing flight.

These guidelines are to ensure that each tour group is conducted as expected and to ensure the overall satisfaction of all Inspiring Vacations customers. As a general rule, porterage is not included, therefore at all times you are expected to handle your own luggage where help may not be available.
