How the planning process works

• Share your travel ideas. Tell us about the occasion, the group, where you’d like to go, and when you’re hoping to travel. Milestone tours often benefit from a little more context upfront, so the more you share, the better we can design for it.

• We’ll prepare your itinerary and quote. Our Tailormade specialists will come back to you within seven days. We may reach out with a few questions first, particularly around celebration details and special inclusions.

• Secure your arrangements with a deposit. Once the itinerary and quote are right for your group, a deposit within 48 hours locks everything in.

Tailormade tours are available for groups of four or more, with a minimum duration of five nights and no minimum age. To make the entire experience seamless, we can also organise flights, travel insurance, and transfers as part of your package.

Journeys through Japan may start from around AUD $600 per person per day, and South American itineraries from around AUD $700. Your final quote will reflect your group’s size, destination, accommodation level, and the scope of private inclusions.
